Job Description:
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage therapy sessions to our clients, including consecutive 50-minute to 80-minute quality massage therapy sessions.
  • You will also be required to promote our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy, or ‘fantastic foot treatment’, which will be trained.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Possess knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage techniques.
  • Be willing to learn more advanced techniques from our TMC Certified training program.
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
