We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Analyst to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our Third Party Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of third-party risks across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain the Third Party Register, including coordination of assessment activities and provision of training as required.
- Monitor third-party assessments and take remedial actions where necessary.
- Undertake specific improvement initiatives and manage small projects to develop and improve the scope and quality of data in the third-party module used by Travelex.
- Produce accurate, timely, and relevant management information for use in entity, function, country, and global risk profile mapping in line with Compliance and Risk requirements.
- Assist in the development of reports as required by stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts globally to develop and maintain an understanding of all business areas and products to be able to provide support with supplier reviews.
- Work with different business areas to further develop an appropriate level of maturity with third-party risk processes and ensure consistency, agreeing action plans where appropriate.
- Assist in the continual development and implementation of metrics to help provide meaningful information for both the function and other business stakeholders to better understand our third-party risk landscape.
- Experience working in a risk and compliance background.
- Well-organized, able to plan and coordinate multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously according to the demands of the function and business.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to drive the right business outcome.
- Ability to work under time pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- University degree or Risk Qualification desirable.
- Proven record of success in working collaboratively as part of a team.
