AccorHotel is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to join its Food & Beverage Department at Raffles London at the OWO.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, providing exceptional service to guests. Reporting into the In Room Dining Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing orders, setting trays, and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner. You will also assist with Minibar amenities and maintain cleanliness at work and guest areas.

The In Room Dining Waiter plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard Operating Procedure. Your responsibilities will include setting tables, performing opening and closing procedures, accurately recording prechecks and picks up all food and beverage orders, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages, presenting physical and accurate checks to guests, and completing closing duties including restocking items.

A strong understanding of food and beverage items, their specifications, menu prices, recipes, style of service, and other preferences is essential for this role. You should also have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, chinaware, glassware, etc. throughout the day, ensuring communication between Kitchen Order taker and service team members, monitoring operating supplies, equipment, and reducing spoilage and waste successfully are key aspects of this job.

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure, exceptional communication and customer service skills both written and spoken, an understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required, flexibility with shifts as per business demand, and a courteous, professional attitude with the ability to provide efficient service.
