Job Role Overview

The Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and supported to deliver high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a social care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.
