Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Senior School curriculum and assessment team to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement curriculum policies and procedures to meet the needs of students and the school.
  • Oversee the assessment and reporting of student progress to parents and the governing body.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's strategic plan and budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Headmaster.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles in education.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and academic achievement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
