About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Development Specialist to join our team in the North West Region. As a field-based Business Development Manager, you will have the freedom to get out of the office and meet with Intermediaries, brokers, and clients.

You will report into the company directors and form a tight-knit team, focused on Bridging finance, development finance, and a solutions-based approach to pull deals together. The successful candidate will be the face of our client, so we are looking for a personality to help them stand out from the crowd.

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Originate and manage property finance deals through the pipeline, structuring complex cases so they fit within the credit policy.
  • Plan and maintain a strategic diary of appointments to develop credible and trust-based relationships with your introducer base.
  • Achieve agreed quarterly & annual targets as set by the business.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of products and service levels.
  • Record all contacts and details of meetings on the company's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Business Development experience within a Bridging Finance or Development Lending background preferred.
  • Ability to communicate on different levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Confident presenting in front of small and large audiences.
