Venn Group are recruiting for a Financial Wellbeing Specialist to join their team in Liverpool.

The role is a hybrid one, with the successful candidate working from home and in the office.

Salary: £20.00 per hour (umbrella rate)

Length of Contract: 8 weeks with possibilities of extension

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Financial Wellbeing Specialist will be responsible for delivering interventions and specialist support to customers through a partnership approach, promoting financial wellbeing and maximising income for customers and the business.

This will involve providing money management and budgeting skills, identifying available financial support, and signposting to specialist agencies that can help customers.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in a customer-facing environment, as well as prior experience in the provision of financial support or a comprehensive understanding of issues related to financial difficulties and welfare benefits.
