About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Insurance Coverage Associate Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be working on insurance and reinsurance disputes on Bermuda form proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting files through alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediations
  • Working on insurance coverage work, and/or the Bermuda Form
  • Providing legal advice and support to clients
  • Managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2 years experience in insurance coverage work
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
