Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled 12t Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a 12t Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customers' products to their required premises, ensuring exceptional customer service and safe transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent DX Network Services Limited in a professional manner at all times.
- Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Undertake daily checks to ensure defects are reported and correct paperwork is completed.
- Scan products using DX scanning equipment and ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the depot.
- Observe DX procedures and policies at all times.
- Manage routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
- Ensure the correct equipment and PPE is in good order and used at all times.
- Report delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office immediately.
- Ensure customers receive their deliveries in excellent condition every time.
- Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner.
- Make collections in line with given instructions and times.
Essential Criteria:
- Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
- Have a maximum of 6 points on your license and no bans.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build a rapport with customers.
