About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 12t Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a 12t Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while transporting goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DX in a professional manner at all times
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements
  • Undertake daily checks, reporting defects and completing correct paperwork
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment
  • Load deliveries safely prior to leaving the depot
  • Observe DX procedures and policies at all times
  • Manage routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved
  • Ensure correct equipment and PPE are in good order and used at all times
  • Report delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office immediately
  • Ensure customers receive deliveries in excellent condition every time
  • Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner
  • Make collections in line with given instructions and times
Essential Criteria
  • Hold a valid C1 or above licence with DQC and Tacho card
  • Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers
