We are seeking a skilled and experienced 12t Driver to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Represent DX in a Professional Manner: Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Safe and Legal Vehicle Operation: Ensure all vehicles are driven in a safe and legal manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Daily Vehicle Checks: Conduct thorough daily checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any defects or issues promptly.
- Product Scanning and Loading: Ensure all products are scanned using DX scanning equipment and loaded safely onto vehicles prior to departure.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all deliveries are made in excellent condition and customers receive their products on time.
- Routing and Scheduling: Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved, and report any issues or concerns to the traffic office promptly.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in good order and used at all times.
- Licence and Qualifications: Hold a valid C1 or above licence with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
- Driving Record: Have a maximum of 6 points on your licence and no bans.
- Customer Service Skills: Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and have the ability to build rapport with customers.
