Sales Training Specialist

Are you passionate about developing talent and driving commercial growth through high-quality training? We're seeking a skilled Sales Training Coach to empower our Sales and Commercial teams with the resources and support they need to achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
- GCSEs in Maths & English.
- Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Full, clean driving license.
- Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
