Sales and Commercial Trainer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Commercial Trainer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sales and Commercial Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality training solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
* Develop and deliver learning solutions that meet the needs of our Sales and Commercial teams.
* Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
* Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

* GCSEs in Maths & English.
* Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
* Full, clean driving license.
* Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
