Dedicated SEN Learning Assistant

In this exciting opportunity, we invite applications from dedicated and passionate professionals to fill the role of an SEN Teaching Assistant in Greenwich. As part of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology, holding a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University. Good GCSE and A-Level results are also essential. While prior experience working with children or individuals with SEN is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering one-to-one support to SEN students, focusing on their emotional and mental development.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to design and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEN.
- Empowering students to achieve their full potential, promoting independence and confidence.
We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
