About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Desk Technician to join our team at Airband. As a key member of our Customer Connections Division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer network issues via email, live chat, or phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve complex network issues.
  • Monitor the network and respond to any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot customer network issues over the phone, organizing service calls as needed.
  • Complete customer processes to log information and ensure accurate records.
  • Contribute to the growth of Airband by selling our products and services to customers.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, WAN, and LAN.
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician, 2-line, or other customer support role.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful environments and work well under pressure.
