Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Blom and Blom's private children's day nursery in Twickenham.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in nursery management, with a strong background in leadership and a thorough understanding of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Leading a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet Ofsted requirements.

Requirements
