Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom in Twickenham.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in nursery management, with strong leadership and management skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Leading a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet Ofsted standards and EYFS requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
