Your new company is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Finance Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation on the Purchase Ledger side.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reconcile and process customer invoices
  2. Cash reconciliations, cash refunds, and final credit note checks
  3. Manage invoice queries and credit notes
  4. Assist and liaise with other finance professionals

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. Microsoft Excel and IT literate
  3. AAT advantageous but not essential

What You'll Get:
