Miller Homes Limited is seeking a highly skilled Development Opportunities Manager to join their team. As a key member of the property acquisition team, you will be responsible for securing land and development opportunities that meet the company's strategic objectives.

Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with land owners, agents, and Housing Associations
  • Negotiating land purchases and development agreements
  • Coordinating the exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion

To succeed in this role, you will need strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills. A degree in a planning/property related discipline or relevant experience is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
