Job Title: Client Services Co-ordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Director to join our team at KnoWho. As a key member of our Creative Events agency, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, driving strategic success across multi-channel campaigns, and overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale event productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive client relationship strategies to drive long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality campaigns that meet client goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Present strategic proposals and campaign reports to senior stakeholders, leveraging your deep knowledge of the automotive sector to guide client strategy.
  • Foster long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Services Director, Account Director, or similar role in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Extensive experience in event production and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive sector and a clear understanding of client needs within this space.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-level client relationships and multi-million-pound campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
