Evolve Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll team leader to manage a small Payroll department and internal systems for an established company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to challenge their talents in a fast-paced, working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of the Payroll Department and GHRS functions.
- Coordination of salary review process.
- Standard and budgetary cost reporting.
- Checking of all labour invoices to rates and timesheets.
- Checking of expenses.
- Payroll changes, advances, starters, leavers, increases, etc.
- Coordination of the salary review process.
- Standard Cost Reporting on a quarterly basis.
- Department and Labour budgets.
- Providing management reports on labour costs and monthly payroll reports.
- Maintaining proper records and filing system kept for Statutory Bodies and returns.
- E101 and E102 applications as and when required.
- Ensure payment orders for all payrolls are up to date.
- Support and liaise with HR, Organisation & ICT Manager on all necessary and ad hoc issues.
