About the Role

Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a talented Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team in Birmingham and Stonehouse. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of exciting projects with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of projects, working closely with experienced engineers and project managers.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Participate in the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Hold or working towards a degree qualification in Civil Engineering and/or Structural Engineering.
  • MEng or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Strong desire to excel through learning and sharing ideas.
  • Enthusiastic and hard-working, with ambition and drive.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work effectively through close cooperation with the team.
  • Ability to work within a forward-thinking team environment.
  • Curiosity and interest in structures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Readiness to put what you've learned in your studies into practice.
