Tony Gee and Partners is a leading engineering consultancy seeking talented Graduate Civil and Structural Engineers to join our dynamic team in Birmingham and Stonehouse.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our Graduate Training Scheme, which is fully accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers. As a Graduate Civil and Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of exciting projects with high-profile clients, working alongside experienced engineers and gaining valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of projects, working closely with the team to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme, including professional chartership support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world projects, developing your problem-solving skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Hold or be working towards a degree qualification in Civil Engineering and/or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong desire to excel through learning and sharing ideas, with enthusiasm and ambition to succeed in a dynamic engineering environment.
  • Ability to structure and prioritise work effectively, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
