Job Title: Health and Social Care Specialist

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Health and Social Care Specialist to join our team at Hartcliffe City Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Health and Social Care activities and developing new services in response to local needs.

You will work closely with our dedicated team to provide a welcoming community space for residents, promoting health and wellbeing through activities at the farm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Health and Social Care activities at Hartcliffe City Farm
  • Develop new services in response to local needs
  • Work closely with the team to promote health and wellbeing
Requirements
  • Degree in health and social care or a related field
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
