Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer

NuStaff Recruitment is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to work in our client's manufacturing facility in Andover. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the factory floor and contributing to the development of new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Train and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
What We Offer: A generous salary package, including a salary between £32,000 and £40,000 per year, plus a range of benefits such as a biannual profit share scheme, free parking, and four times life assurance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- At least two years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
