About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drinks, ensuring that every customer receives their order promptly and accurately.
  • Contribute to the success of our pub by actively promoting our products and services, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
