Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Handle confidential employee information with discretion
Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives
Compile and update employee records for accuracy and compliance
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
Assist with the preparation of HR documents and reports
Key Requirements
A solid understanding of Human Resources administrative processes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with HR software and databases
A proactive approach and ability to work independently
What's on Offer
An hourly salary of approximately £16/hour
3-month temporary assignment
Office requirements of 1 day per week
