About this role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Cupar area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes
- Assist with domestic tasks, personal care, and medication management
- Be a source of emotional support and companionship for our clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
What we offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.20 (Mon-Fri) and £14.85-£15.82 (weekends)
- Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care (not essential, but desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
