SEN Teaching Assistant for Child with Complex Care Needs

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at SNAP Care. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a 12-year-old child with complex care needs in their daily life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the child in all aspects of their learning and participation in school life
* Assist with rehabilitation plans, activities of daily living, and household duties related to the child
* Travel with the family to Spain regularly during holidays for specific therapy
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with physical disabilities and in a school environment is desirable
* Positive attitude towards learning and developing within the role
* Ability to work closely within a team to ensure continuity of care
