Job Description:

Teaching Assistant - ALN Pupil Support (Yr 2/3)

Dedicated Learning Support Specialist required to support the educational needs of ALN pupils in a dynamic primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality pupil outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT TEACHERS AND OTHER SUPPORT STAFF TO DELIVER EFFECTIVE LESSONS
  • PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO ALN PUPILS AS REQUIRED
  • COLLABORATE WITH COLLEAGUES TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE SUPPORT PLANS

Requirements:

  • Qualification in teaching assistance or related field
  • Proven experience working with ALN pupils
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Estimated £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
