- Perform 1st approval for Natwest banking, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Complete staff on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing team members.
- Handle ad hoc cashiering duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Professionalism and ability to inspire employees and stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, organisation, flexibility, and reliability, with a 'can-do' approach to leadership.
- Self-motivated, takes ownership, and drives positive change, with attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
- Team player and leader with project management experience, able to work under pressure and make excellent decisions.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word (v-lookups and Pivot Tables), with 2+ years of supervisory Cashiering/Sales Ledger experience.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures, regulatory standards, and compliance, with AAT or equivalent qualification an advantage.
- Funded study support for AAT/ ACA/CIMA, career progression, and a pension scheme.
