Rail Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a large mixed-use residential development project in the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project's budget and costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and control project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the rail sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
