We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a large mixed-use residential development project in the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project's budget and costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The project involves the development of a large mixed-use residential scheme, comprising multiple phases with a total of 230 units and a build cost of £65m.
