Paediatric Nurse Opportunity with Thornbury Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Paediatric Nurse with our organisation, you will have the opportunity to work with a 5-year-old female patient with a diagnosis of Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, providing bespoke care and support to enable her to stabilise at home, achieve personal goals, and participate in local community activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive care environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience as a Paediatric Nurse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of patients and their families
