Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Critical Care Unit at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating and providing skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with the NMC code of conduct
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an allocated patient group, using prioritization and delegation skills
- Advocating for patients and contributing to the continuing development of nursing, including the supervision of junior nurses and support staff
- Registered Nurse (RN Child or RN Adult) with current registration with the NMC
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Post-registration experience in paediatric speciality, mentorship experience, and adult or paediatric critical care experience are desirable
