About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic bank staff nurses to join our team at Llanarth Court Hospital. As a bank worker, you will have the flexibility to offer your services on an as-and-when-required basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising healthcare workers on your shift and encouraging group work within your shift.
- Administering medication to patients and monitoring their mental health throughout the shift.

You will be working across various services at Llanarth Court Hospital, which includes medium and low secure care for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorder, as well as men with intellectual/learning disabilities. Our hospital is committed to providing a wide range of care settings and clear pathways in the direction of recovery.

- Flexible working hours with shifts running from 07:30 to 19:45 and including a 1.5-hour break.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is approximately £18.73 per hour for weekdays and £20.91 per hour for nights and weekends. This equates to a basic hourly rate of around £19.32.
