Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing high-quality care and support to individuals requiring mental health care. As an RMN Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of Registered Mental Health Nurses
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
