Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Recovery Technician to join our team at LSH Auto. As a Recovery Technician, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns, conducting roadside repairs and recoveries, and completing routine services and inspections within the workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Attend breakdowns as part of Mercedes-Benz's 24-hour service
- Conduct roadside repairs and recoveries for various vehicles
- Complete routine services, inspections, and repairs within the workshop
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout recovery processes
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
- Experience working on commercial and luxury vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
