**Job Summary**

As a Class 1 Nights Driver with DX, you will be responsible for transporting goods to and from customers' premises and our central hubs, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a safe and efficient delivery network.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle in a safe and legal manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Manage on-road routes to achieve time-sensitive deliveries, while ensuring compliance with driver's hours and WTD legislation.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and report any defects or issues promptly.
  • Comply with on-site health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Utilize knowledge and experience to divert cross-country to and from the hub as necessary, adapting to changing traffic conditions and signs.

**Essential Criteria**

  • Hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence.
  • Have no more than 6 points on your driving licence and no DD/DR Code convictions.
  • Hold a current, valid DCPC Card.
