We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Meriden Media Careers. As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various company sites, NDCs, and RDCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate curtain or box trailers to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Work with minimal contact with the load to ensure timely delivery.
- Meet the requirements for trunking working, including trailer swaps between company depots.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Class 1 HGV license for a minimum of 6 months.
- Have valid CPC and Tacho cards.
- Able to work flexible shift patterns, including Friday to Sunday, Friday to Monday, and Thursday to Monday.
- Have no more than 6 points for insurance purposes.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £17.04 for day hours and £19.23 for night hours.
- OT paid after 43.5 hours weekly at £25.56 per hour.
