Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Willing Care. This is a modern, purpose-built nursing home providing residential and nursing care. The position offers day shifts, providing a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient well-being
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Maintain precise patient records and comprehensive documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning


Requirements:
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
  • Valid UK NMC Pin
  • Valid nursing license and registration
  • Preferably, prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest nursing practice standards
