About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt's store on Blomfield Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a high level of store housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Generate and maximise sales through effective product knowledge and promotions
  • Maintain a high level of store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual with high levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
