About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in our retail shop. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for generating and maximizing sales by consistently offering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers to ensure they find the perfect product.
  • Process deliveries, transfers, and merchandise quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Ensure the store housekeeping standards are continually achieved by using the tools available and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
