About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers, while driving commercial growth and exceeding customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
  • Drive the hospitality operations to exceed customer requirements, reviewing business performance and ensuring delivery of key financial targets.
  • Demonstrate commercial value to direct reports, line manager, and Leadership teams, in line with the One Compass vision, values, and overall business strategy.
  • Coach and train the team to ensure all employees have the appropriate skills to deliver an excellent service.
  • Manage budgets, labour costs, and deliver against sales and profit targets, requiring strong commercial awareness and the ability to hold others accountable.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Operational Management experience in Hospitality or Contract Catering.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines and communicate at all levels.
