Arcus Solutions is recruiting for a talented Support Services Liaison Officer to join our team in Redditch office on a part-time contract. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the function.

Your main responsibilities will include managing diary arrangements, arranging travel, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings. You will also be responsible for reviewing and signing off weekly time sheets, completing periodic payroll reports, and creating and analyzing reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a high level of attention to detail. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience of working in a similar role.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,870 per annum (pro rata), plus 4% bonus subject to targets, 25 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including life assurance and funded training sponsorship scheme.
