Language Interpreter Required for UK Projects

We are recruiting freelance interpreters to provide professional interpreting services to public and private sectors across the UK. As a self-employed interpreter, you will work with various clients, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and other organizations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the UK public service system, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for interpreting for individuals using legal, health, and local government services, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting for non-English speakers in various settings
- Verifying understanding after each sentence
- Consecutive, conference, and public service interpreting
- Handling confidential information
- Liaising between service users and providers
Requirements:
- Fluent English and another language
- Right to work in the UK
- Aged 21 or over
- Formal qualifications in interpreting or languages (advantageous)
