Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage job processes from initiation to invoicing, ensuring timely completion in line with customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and engineers to ensure seamless coordination.
• Maintain the engineering schedule and coordinate with Service Coordinators to ensure efficient job allocation.
• Review and approve quotations and engineer recommendations to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Liaise with stores for parts and subcontractor pricing to optimize costs.
• Analyze performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Prepare, review, and approve invoices, checking job profitability to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor customer contracts and update asset lists to maintain accurate records.
• Standardize department diaries and issue weekly PPM schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Generate monthly valuation reports and keep the customer database current to inform business decisions.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the refrigeration or engineering industry.
• Proficient in IT systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and system software.
• Full UK driving licence to facilitate travel to customer sites.
