Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused professional to join our team at CRC Recruitment Ltd. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end complaints resolution experience to our clients
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complaints
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in the insurance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
