Sales Operations Analyst, Operational Efficiency

Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and innovate together. We are seeking an experienced sales operations specialist to support our growing sales team in EMEA. As a regional sales operations business partner, you will play a critical role in driving strategy, direction, and management of sales data integrity.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our London hubs. As a sales operations specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, providing, and supporting operational, strategic, and tactical reporting as required by business stakeholders. You will also provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market dynamics, and opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Building visualization dashboards and reports to accelerate information-to-action at scale.
- Focusing efforts related to operational efficiency, execution of planning, sales systems support, case approval management, and data management and reporting.
We are looking for a highly analytical and technical individual with a strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards.
