Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every patient has a positive experience
  • Assisting with optical and Audiology procedures, including lens handling and equipment maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and performing administrative tasks as required
